Yes. Every job starts with a free, no-obligation survey where we assess your roof, check orientation and shading, and give you a fixed written quote with an estimate of what your system should generate. No pressure and no pushy sales talk.
Yes. We're MCS certified, NAPIT registered and RECC members. MCS certification is what allows your install to qualify for the Smart Export Guarantee, so you get paid for the electricity you send back to the grid.
Yes. Our workmanship is covered by a 2-year guarantee, and your panels, inverter and battery are covered by their own manufacturer warranties, so you're protected for the long term. You get all your warranty and insurance documents in writing once the job is signed off.
Very well. This stretch of the Dorset and Hampshire coast gets some of the highest annual sunshine hours in the UK, and modern panels generate in daylight rather than direct sun, so they still produce on overcast days. We size and angle every system for your actual roof, so you get an honest generation estimate rather than a showroom figure.
Most domestic solar installs are permitted development and won't need planning permission. Scaffolding is usually needed for safe access, and we'll arrange and price it up front so there are no surprises.
